Chinese culture has a long history, broad and profound. And these excellent cultures were worthy to be learned and studied. The common sense of Chinese culture is the crystallization of Ancient culture, contained rich cultural connotation, assuming the important responsibility of cultural inheritance. In the face of the river of history and culture, how to choose these ancestral spiritual food and apply them in language teaching are very significant, because we can not exhaust all. The writer believes that to learn the common sense of ancient culture is an effective breakthrough. The students can understand the excellent culture of the ancient by learning the common knowledge; they also can review the history of our nation and the unique development process of Chinese literary, in the perspective of culture. We should make effort to cultivate the students’ability on understanding textbook and learning Chinese, based on the viewpoint of culture.The teaching of reading is an important part of the language course in secondary school, played a pivotal role in the whole language learning. Language reading have played an invaluable role in training students’good sense of language, enhancing students’awareness of language and culture, forming the overall concept of the language, and thus improving students’ language literacy. Based on these, the author analyzes the practice of the ancient culture in reading teaching about classical prose fiction, took the classical prose fiction in middle school Chinese textbook as an entry point, and she try to make students understand more ancient excellent Chinese culture, cultivate the students’consciousness of ancient culture, through this knowledge window.This thesis will focus on solving a Series of problems in the present state of Chinese learning, like students have no interests in reading ancient literature works, because they are lack of ancient cultural knowledge accumulation, and the teachers also ignore these knowledge, and cultivating students’awarencess of learning common sense of ancient culture by the following aspects in the teaching of reading.In the reading teaching process, teachers should rely on the actual situation and strive to build their own knowledge systems of ancient culture of common sense, and increase the students’interests by using the knowledge flexibly. Sometimes, in order to learn more deeply, teachers should set some special topic to learn the relevant knowledge. Some knowledge is fragmented. Teachers should make an effort in teaching the text separately, to broaden students’knowledge. The teachers should also guide students to take care of the work itself and the author, grasp the ideological content of the article better and more accurate. On this basis, it is also necessary to expand the extension of the ancient culture through the knowledge-point, and increase students’knowledge accumulation, to help students form a solid ancient cultural heritage, thereby increasing students’ reading ability and appreciation of ancient literary works, to raise the students’overall language literacy...
