Chinese teaching has achieved a lot during the procession of quality education construction. However many problems are still remained to be resolved. The principal issue is that the principal part nature of the students hasn't been brought into full play. The demerits of the traditional teaching are still working. During the recent years, the educators combined theory and practice aiming at modern education. They have gained some fundamental effect while researching the cooperative learning. Cooperative learning plays a key role in training the initiative, independence, and creation ability of the students. On the other hand, it has emphasized the situation function as well as the students' non-intelligence. And it is a good mode to promote the development of the main body of the students. I have done some research work on the basis of former study while teaching.In this paper, I have initially analyzed the demerits in traditional Chinese teaching. And discussed the conception, significance and tactics on practice. I also concluded the information on the aspect. On the basis of above I've made a further study on cooperative Chinese teaching concerning following items, such as dividing groups by mixing the students, training the group leaders, classroom operation, try to make the students understand the skills on cooperative learning, which comprises the teacher trains the students before dividing the groups, the students may organize the groups by themselves. And what is the teacher's duty in the procession. On the aspect of group leaders training, I've discussed how to choose a leader and what are the group leader's responsibilities. In the classroom teaching, I've explained the space mode as well as exact steps: distinguished target, group study, communications between the groups and guidance for proficient development. Besides, I've discussed how to treat the random in the classroom, the teacher' role in the cooperative learning and how to extend the study after class.
