Hemorheology is a very active branch science of biological hemorheology, which studies on the change regulations of blood and its ingredients. Hemorheology has a very wide research range, which is divided into Macroscopic Hemorheology and Microcosmic Hemorheology according to the research. The research focus of Macroscopic Hemorheology is mainly on the changes of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, while Microcosmic Hemorheology is mainly on the rheological properties of various blood cells and the influence of its molecular level on the Hemorheology. The research, using the all automatic MIV-2015 model hemorheological analytical system, measurates the changes of the hemorheological properties with exercise of diffirent intensity and diffirent time. Through comparing the characteristics of the hemorheological changes with exercise of diffirent intenstiy and diffirent time, we find, with the exercise of super-long time and medium intensity , there are remarkable changes in the whole viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte press area, blood sedimentation, erythrocyte rigidity index, conglomeration index and erythrocyte electrophoresis time, while, with the exercise of long time and medium intensity ,there is only very little influence on hemorheological properties. This illuminates that the exercise of super-long time and medium intensity has a great influence on the hemorheological properties, which is possibly one of the reasons of sports ability falling. Through the step-wise regression analysis, we also find that the most vital factor influencing the high, medium and low whole blood viscosity, is erythrocyte electrophoresis time . Opening out that the integrality of the erythrocyte struture is the biological basis of improving circulationr effiency.
