The improvement and reform in basic education has arisen around the world recently. This essay analyses the evaluation system to improve the quality in basic education in European Union. It chooses England, Germany, and France as the study subjects. The study introduces the historic backgrounds, status quos and features of quality evaluation system in basic education in these three countries. In its inclusion, the study explains the similarities and differences between these systems, on account of their respective history, tradition and culture. In the end , the author puts forward some concrete suggestions on building our quality evaluation system in basic education .
