The theory of Learning organization is one of the most advanced theories of management, which helps organization improve its adaptability and prospect in the complex environment. China as a developing country of recently entering WTO, building learning organization is necessary to the changeable environment. Then, how to build learning organization in China? The author considers we should put the emphasis on two sides: one is leading, that is to say there must be some excellent leaders; one is mechanism, that is it should perfect the mechanism of organization, the paper mainly study the mechanism of organizational learning theoretically and practicably, give the frame of how our enterprises reform themselves to learning organizations. The text comprises 6 parts:The first part analyses the level of our enterprises' development, then gives a brief review on organizational learning and learning organization, conclude that it is necessary to launch organizational learning so as to build learning organization.The second part applies the law of system' s self-organization to research the conditions under which a learning organization can be formed and developed, give the definition of the mechanism of organizational learning.The third part discusses the meaning of information during organizational learning, then divides the learning space into inner and outer information space, and put forward "cohesive learning" and "expansive learning". Finally, analyzes the obstacle during the organizational learning in our enterprise.The forth and five parts separately discuss how our enterprises reform themselves to learning organization through the two kinds of organizational learning.The last part gives a brief conclusion.There are some innovative points: giving a new explain and discuss of the mechanism of organizational learning; dividing the organizational learning into two space from information view and analyzes the obstacles during the organizationallearning in our enterprise is also the innovative point.The problem of learning organization and organizational learning involve in many fields such as management, economic, cognition psychics, sociology and information science ect. Because of my limitation of knowledge, the paper doesn't do further study, which is the main pity.
