Content: Knowledge economy requires individual to learn for life and require organization to have the ability to get knowledge quickly. The purpose of building learning organization is to integrate learning, work and knowledge. Learning organization will be a development trend for current many organizations including enterprises and companies with different background. Building learning organizations involves considerable information technology and need to consider related factors. This thesis, as viewed from informational technology, discusses knowledge management system in the course of constructing learning organization.There are some characteristics in learning organizations different from traditional organizations. The article introduces that making learning organizations need to take necessary measures, which are related with learning at four different levels, including individuaK teanu organization and society. When it comes to learning organization, it is impossible to separate available information and knowledge within an organization. Building knowledge learning share system is a key aspect to achieve collective learning for all employees within an organization and construct learning organization. It can make organization continuously acquire knowledge, transfer knowledge and create potential knowledge, which is knowledge management. The essential of organizational learning is to acquire and handle the knowledge that has potential. As an effective learning means, information technology can provide the learning opportunity at any time in any where for all employees, therefore it is an effective means to realize lifelong education and lifelong learning within a organization.Information technology can support the mutual transformation between different categories of knowledge, including from implicit knowledge to implicit knowledge, implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge, explicit knowledge to explicit knowledge and explicit knowledge to implicit knowledge. Based on current common technology, it summarizes available information technology in the process of four knowledge transformations, and illustrates some important technology used in each transformation.I was luck enough to enter IBM and SAP, which both are famous information technology companies in the world, to study knowledge management, database technology, data mining technology and ERR Additionally I experienced in systemdevelopment more than a year in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Corporation. Three companies have become learning organization, their experience is to develop perfect knowledge management system as technology precondition. Because there are some different aspects in scale, economic power and industry background, their system are not same and have own characteristic. But there are some common points. In this thesis combined with three cases from these companies, and leaving some detail technology and different business flow, it demonstrates how to build knowledge management platform by information technology, and puts forward the methodology about creating knowledge management system (information management platform of learning organization).Making learning organization can cultivate the students' cooperation and boost creative ability. This method can apply in school organization.The aim is to provide the application and research of education technology with a new standpoint. At the same time it provides some reference with school reform.
