As an important base for training socialist constructors and successors for our cause, high schools boast of rich human resources. It's of great theoretical value and practical significance to improve human resource management in high school to tap the latent power of it and to strengthen its power in academic competition. Human resource management (HRM)in high school refers to both the behavior and idea concerning making full use of the working members through a certain means to give free rein to their creative ability and to arouse their enthusiasm, the purpose of which is to bring every member's initiative and creativeness into full play through proper opening and scientific allocation to have them make mole contribution. The basic requirement for HRM in a scientific way is that management efficacy improvement should be achieved through the strategic positioning of the role of HRM and practicing "human standard" and improving management mechanism.HRM in high school has a set of rather independent ethical principles as its moral foundation for existence and development in its own right. Firstly, moral quality, as one of the important components of HR, is not only a kind of productive force but also the intrinsic motivation for the development of a high school. Next, moral standard is an important dimension of HRM in high school, which is a necessity of humanizing HRM to greatly stimulate the potentialities of the HR. Thirdly, ethics realization, which is the essential goal of HRM in high school, is an important part of people's viewpoint of life and is a standard for self-realization. It serves as a medium between social morality and practical reasoning in high school. The ethical principles in question include those of equity, opening ness, justice, standardization, orderliness, and motivation. The principle of equity that every member is completely equal in enjoying basic or non-basic right as a human being. The principle of justice means that the persomel policy should be equal and proper, the enrollment must be fair, and that members are paid according to their competence and contribution. The principle of opening ness refers to the publicity of policy, procedure as well as the result. The principle of standardization refers to the standardization of policy-making, organization and outcome evaluation. The principle of orderliness refers to the orderliness of exploring, allocation, evaluation, rewards and penalties. The principle of motivation means that the members should be mainly motivated through material encouragement to achieve personality improvement and ethical value realization.HRM in high school has a rich ethical value, the basis of which is humanism. Hence the practice of the concept of human standard should base itself on respecting working members and offering considerations for them. The value principle of HRM is making a scientific administration mechanism, which requires that all the factors should be taken into consideration and measures for both motivation and restraining must be included. The ultimate value goal of the HRM in high school is the optimization of management efficacy, which requires a proper allocation of HR to bring the initiative and creativity of both staff and students into full play.At present, the emergent problems concerning the ignorance of ethical factors in HRM in high schools are. Some administers are obsessed with old managing thinking and lack the new ideas about HR; the personnel managing system lags behind the current requirements which leads to loose competition is still a common practice; HR can not be well exploited because labor force can not flow in a smocth way, and the evaluation of the quality of professionals is improper; teachers trained abroad are regarded as more qualified than those educated home, etc.The following measures can be taken to raise the ethical value of HRM in high schools in our socialist market economy: To put into practice the concept of "human standard administration", raising the ethical value of the ideology o...
