Based on a research into the solitary self-discipline and the education of cyber ethics for college students, this paper aims to seek for the relationship between the solitary self-discipline and the education of cyber ethics for college students, and explore the realistic significance and the methods of cultivating the college students1 cyber ethics with the solitary self-discipline.Part I The internal relations between the solitary self-discipline and the education of cyber ethics. This part can be divided into three small parts. First, based on the origin and development of the solitary self-discipline, and by exploring its nature, its content when regarded as a morality-cultivating method and its main idea when regarded as a lofty ethics, the author displays its philosophy. Second, by analyzing the features of the education of cyber ethics, with a combination of the necessity of the education of cyber ethics for college students at present, the author explores the basic requirement of an education of cyber ethics.
