As the center of Chinese teaching, reading teaching's exploring is never been stop. The reformation for Chinese teaching has reached a new circumstances coupled with the emergence of kinds of new teaching theories and the progress of kinds of teaching reformation experience. With the spread of the new courses plan and with the issue of the new Chinese course standard, reading teaching is been pushing to the leading edge of teaching reformation. This paper follow the demand and the soul of the new courses plan and course standard, put forward a new type classroom reading teaching mode, Research Reading. This paper concern the reformation background, theory foundation and teaching policy of Research Reading. Research Reading is question center, basing on the mentality demand of these reading body, developing study together situation among students, via pondering and exploring on the words and texts, so that the students can exploit thought, deepen realization, enrich sensibility and experience.
