On the basis of comprehensive application of the educational economics theory and education equity theory, this thesis aims at studying allocation to compulsory educational resources in China, telling inequity allocation to compulsory educational resources, choosing educational system available to the future development and changes of compulsory education, promoting equity allocation to compulsory educational resources, improving balanced development of compulsory education in China. This thesis is divided into four sections. The major concerns of these sections are as follows: 1. the author identifies the goals, strategy and methods for research, comes to the basis connotation, characteristics, principles as well as the measuring standards of equity allocation to educational resources. 2. With the measuring standards, the author explores the allocation to compulsory educational resources in different rejoins, in rural areas and urban areas through qualitative analysis approach, the allocation to compulsory educational resources in different schools is analyzed through quantitative analysis approach. On such a basis, this thesis concludes that the allocation to compulsory educational resources in China is inequitable. 3. The main external factors of educational system such as national conditions, economy, domestic income and the internal factors of educational system such as financial management system of education, development strategy choice of education have been discussed in a synthetical manner. 4. The author puts forward strategy choice promoting the courses of equity allocation to compulsory education resources in China.
