Research On Resources Allocation Equity Of Compulsory Education In Shanxi Province

Compulsory education is the state law, and all eligible children and teenagers must receive. The government has the responsibilities and obligations to allocate funds to provide for compulsory education and teaching facilities for education resources. The same level schools have considerable institutional conditions of compulsory education resources, to ensure that fair and balanced development of compulsory education. Recent years, Shanxi province's education fund has been increased year by year in the trend, teachers force and institutional conditions have also been greatly improved. But Shanxi province is a underdevelopment province of China. The development of education is a relatively backward. Subject to geographical and economic and institutional and other factors, our province compulsory education resources are prominent in unfair allocation factor. Our compulsory education is obviously unfair allocation of resources in the region, particularly between city and village, and effect the education fairness to the extent.In view of this, the text use the method such as paper documents and interviews and comparative ways, and its theme is the allocation of Shanxi province Compulsory education. First, the texts introduce the allocation of compulsory education and teaching source, and the relevant theory of fair education. Based on the theory, the text analys Shanxi province in the past two years of relevant data for statistics. Secondly, the text studies from manpower, material and financial resources three aspects, including educational funds, teachers in strength and institutional conditions for the main targets in Shanxi province compulsory education resources allocation of general information was analysed, and I find that Shanxi compulsory education resources have allocation questions.In a word, the author analys the existing problems from economy and society, simultaneously summarizes the reasons of problems. And the author trys to put forward thinking and measures from perfection of Legal System, the increased teaching fund the construction of teachers and the supervision system reform, with the hope of being benefit for Shanxi province compulsory equity of Education.
