The world competition of economy and collective power today is materially the human's competition in the 21 century. With the tide of educational reform in the world and the deep development of quality education to higher education in our country, this article, from the general theory of educational object and quality education and an angle of realistic, is ready to build an object system of comprehensive quality education for the masters of Physical Education and Training collectively and decently. Without doubt, this subject will be sure to make theoretical and practical significance in enriching the theory of quality education and higher education, deepening the quality educational reform for physical educational postgraduates, and promoting the cultivation of advanced special human who is of compound type and with high qualities.Mainly applies literature investigating, interviewing, discussing, questionnaire, statistics, reasoning and etc, the research shows such conclusions: 1.) The comprehensive quality educational object for masters of Physical Education and Training (PET) refers to each developing object and their formed system which is fundamental, according with the needs of society and times, and resulted from school activities of professional education and quality education. It is an overall prescription and imagination of each developing quality factor for masters of Physical Education and Training. 2.) The object system of comprehensive quality education for PET masters is mainly consisted of seven basic qualities that are body quality, mental quality, thought and ethic quality, scientific and cultural quality, skill quality, taste quality and labor quality, and sixteen quality factors and fifty-three particular factors' content included by them. In the middle of them, body quality belongs to physical layer, mental quality to mental layer, the other five qualities of thought and ethic quality, scientific and cultural quality, skill quality, taste quality and labor quality to social layer. Each quality has its own content and significance, and theinter-relation, independence, penetration constitute the integrational structure. 3.) Taking further analysis to the system, we find it shows five characters of collective and subjective, inheritant and creative, hierarchical and professional, systematic and dynamic, objective and leading.
