In the knowledge economy times, scientific literacy has become the important aspect of vast national quality, and has become a deep-going education slogan. The level of a nation's national equipment effects the development of scientific technology of the country .In one word, there is tight relationship between the GNP and national equipment of a country .The scientific literacy of our country still lies in more underdeveloped state than developed country .The low position of our national scientific literacy has become the factor which prevents the social progress, economical development the improvement of international compaction .If we want to make our country strong and make scientific literacy our nation advanced ,the national scientific literacy should be improve at once.The essay explicate the structure of middle school students' scientific literacy; international general scientific literacy's resourceful paper which is adopted by the public scientific literacy's research, the author redacted a resourceful paper of middle schoolstudent's scientific literacy and investigated the students of gradetwo of senior school. It is believed that there lie a lot of questions of development about middle school student's scientific literacy by statistic, analysis of the resourceful results.
