With the improvement of quality education and the development of history education, more and more people come to realize that it is far from enough to only regard history teaching as a kind of knowledge education . In history teaching we must fully care for the growth and continuous development of the students. It's an important developing tendency of the present history teaching to carry out psychological education in middle school history teaching (hereinafter called PEHT). So the study of the PEHT is of far-reaching significance both in theory and practice.This paper is divided into three parts.Part l.This part reveals the connotation of the PEHT and particularly analyses the necessity and probability of the PEHT. The PEHT means that: in the middle school history teaching ,while the students understand and use the history materials, according to the specific law of history teaching, the history teachers exert their psychological influence on the students purposely and in a planned way ,using a variety of psychological factors and also they improve the psychological conditions of the students, therefore the self-construction and the psychological condition of the students will influence each other to increase the efficiency of history teaching, to develop the students' good psychological quality and moral quality, to enrich the students' mental world and to promote the students' education of full improvement of whole quality and harmonious development of personality. To strengthen the PEHT is the demand of overcoming the disadvantages of traditional history teaching and fully increasing the quality of history teaching ,to strengthen the PEHT is an important partof fully carrying out the goals ,to strengthen the PHET is a profound reform of history teaching ideas ,to strengthen the PHET is a self-perfect inexorable trend in history teaching .Part 2. This part analyses the theoretic foundation of the PEHT and it's great enlightening to the PEHT. The humanism psychology is thetheoretic foundation of the PEHT, the constructivism learning theory is the foundation of learning science in the PEHT, the scenario training theory is the foundation of education in the PEHT.Part 3. This part particularly makes a systematic exposition of main strategy of the PEHT. Scientifically setting up the goals of the PEHT is the premise and foundation , its basic goals include history conscious education ,history feeling education , history personality education and history innovative education. There are plenty of psychological education resources in middle school history course, the key is to deeply exploit the psychological education resources in the middle school history course. Its basic pledge is to stick to the principles of the PEHTand these principles include coordination, self-construction , development, opening and success . Careful study the ways of the PEHT is gap ,and its main ways include the scenario training , cooperation teaching, practical teaching and special subject study.
