The study thinks and analyses the present moral educational situation of middle normal school in gansu rationally through the investigation about its research situation and work condition. According to the traits of economy and culture in gansu, it suggest construct the work mode of double-protagonist(双主体) and openness in middle normal school moral education depending on the condition of gansu. The main viewpoints and distinctions include:1. To investigate and recognize the condition of moral educational work and research in middle normal school of gansu. It finds although the work of moral education always is concerned and its content is developing, its way, trick still are traditional mode. The study of moral education in middle normal school is not as good as it in elementary school and university, especially in concrete practice. And the investigation show the setting and construction of moral education are consummate, the moral mainstream among the students in middle normal school is active and upward, but the content is simple, the trick is old, the moral education of teacher is insufficient, the protagonist of student is neglected. Just as the object of moral education is concerned, it is lack of stratification and appears the characteristic of adult.2. To study and analyze the condition of moral education of the middle normal school in gansu rationally. The traits of students in middle normal school are modest, diligent, active and upward, so the moral mainstream among them is active and upward as well as. But the institution of moral education in middle normal school does not take its duty and ignore the moral construction of teacher. The object and plan can not grasp the traits of time and students well. Oppositional, the way of moral education still concentrates on the style of "instillation". And some useful books on moral education can not help make a effective progress in it.3. To make the strategy of moral education of middle normal school in gansu.According to the traits and needs of moral education in innovational period andthe new condition of economy and culture development in gansu, the paper put forwards the new requirements of object, content, way and trick of moral education in middle normal school and proposes adult education be foundation, intelligent education be object, innovational education be important. At last, the conclusion is to construct the new mode of moral education in middle normal school with stratification, double-protagonist and openness. And the purpose is to give a useful inspiration for the work in moral education of middle normal school in gansu.
