Sustainable development is a necessary choice of social development and sustainable development of men is the strategic core of sustainable development. Education, as a main way of cultivating men for society, should pay more attention to sustainable development of students in senior high school and decide the strategies for their sustainable development. In the thesis, men's sustainable development refers to the development which can not only meet the needs of the society but also can ensure that students can grow up with good health and psychology. Men's sustainable development depends on the education of sustainable development. Now in our country, the education of sustainable development emphasizes environment education, but not senior high students' sustainable development. Some traditional education factors such as the idea and target of teaching, the way of teaching and estimating are the main obstacle for students' sustainable development. In the process of future teaching in senior high school, we can cultivate the idea of sustainable development of teachers, students and students' parents by all kinds of learning and training and also carry out the idea in the teaching process. At the same time , continual education can enlarge teachers' knowledge and improve their skills and ability; what's more, sustainable zoology environment can be build by optimizing substance environment, framework environment and criterion environment . The teaching reforms such as deciding a new teaching target, mixing the content of different subjects, carrying out teaching inquiry and pushing developmental estimation should be done to make the education of sustainable development become true. In order to make the class target come true, the following five class strategies should be done: 1) Teachers mixes the content of different subjects, they decide the teaching target and design the atmosphere for questions; 2) Students decide their target which they should reach and they design their task, and also they choose their own way of learning; 3) Students carry out their learning inquiry by themselves or with their partners; 4) Estimating the results of their learning in class; 5) Students learn from each other according to their results of estimation.
