The main objective of vocational middle school is to provide the society with qualified laborers of all kinds. There exists a common phenomenon that most of the vocational middle school students dislike cultural course learning. As Chinese course is a main required course of general knowledge for vocational middle school students of all specialties, it is of great importance for them to study Chinese to enhance their mental and political quality as well as scientific and cultural quality, learn all branches of academic and vocational knowledge, develop integrative occupational abilities and carry on their further study and development. Chinese teachers of vocational middle school should teach their students in accordance of their aptitude basing on their special characteristics. In my long-term teaching practice, I have keenly realized that in order to change the situation of Chinese studying of vocational middle school students, Chinese teachers of vocational middle school should authentically build up the idea of based on people, and pay attention to the special colony of vocational middle school students, especially to the grasping of their learning psychology, highly mix teaching with educating people, and promote the scientification and deepening of Chinese teaching reform. It has been proved in practices that if the Chinese teachers of vocational middle school adopt a correct attitude towards their students, offering them with successful experiences and taking effective countermeasures, the situation of Chinese studying of vocational middle school students can be changed.
