As a result of its special content, the Biological subject of middle school contains abundant and inimitable moral educational materials. Because of the phenomena of People's dimming environmental consciousness, badly declining moral level and lacking of scientific spirit etc, it is necessary for us to attach great importance to the function of the moral education in Biological subject.Lots of methods are used in this research, such as literature analysis, case analysis, action research and so on. Based on the productions of the formers, the author specifically studied the content, the characteristics, the implementing modes and the implementing approach of it. Its content is profuse, such as 1. Reinforcing students' patriotic sensibility and consciousness of crisis, supported by the knowledge on biological history and biologic resource of our country; 2. Holding the thoughts of dialectic materialism in the teaching material and building up students' scientific world view; 3. Imparting students knowledge of ecology, and cultivating their good environmental consciousness; 4. Standing out the rigorous trait of biology, and cultivating students' scientific spirits of being practical, realistic and innovative. Its vivid characteristics is that it has abundant educational content, various educational approach, osmotic educational method, acceptive educatee and dependent educational effect . Having studied its content and characteristics, more attention is paid to the study of its implementation: four effective implementing modes are established and they are operation model, comprehension model, edification model and interest model; in addition, three main implementing approach are summarized: 1. Exploring the moral educational material when preparing for lessons; 2. Integrating moral education in class teaching; 3. Deepening moral education in the activity after school.
