| The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)put forward the idea of "establishing morality and cultivating people" as the fundamental task of education.In 2016,the department of education of shandong province issued the guidelines for the integrated implementation of moral education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in shandong province.Therefore,how to infiltrate moral education in biological subjects under the new situation is crucial.Through questionnaire survey and the review of the literature,preliminary conclusions are as follows: on the concept of moral education,teachers of biological disciplines infiltration in the moral education generally have higher enthusiasm,but on a national level and provincial level of the moral education policy is not very understanding,in moral education subject are still there are some misunderstandings on the identification,but the teachers think that within the biology permeate moral education is necessary and feasible;In the content of moral education,we mainly focus on the basic knowledge in the textbook,and give consideration to the expansion sections in textbooks such as "science,technology,society" and "stories of scientists".In the normal teaching process,we also pay attention to the accumulation of biological moral materials in life.In moral education infiltration method,teachers use direct osmosis,but the moral education effect is not good,also has a lot of teachers’ emotional mold method,has obtained the good effect of moral education,but time-consuming,laborious and not a lot of biology teachers conduct moral choice,also have a small number of teachers training guidance method,but this method of infiltration of teachers’ own quality put forward higher requirements;From the perspective of moral education approach,most teachers regard classroom teaching as the main approach to infiltrate moral education,and many teachers infiltrate moral education in the school-based curriculum,festivals and memorial day activities developed by themselves,and often use such methods as correcting homework to infiltrate moral education in the daily teaching process.In the evaluation of the implementation of moral education,teachers generally agree that the evaluation results should be carried out,but due to the lack of practice and professional guidance,the evaluation dimensions of moral education implementation are not comprehensive in classroom teaching and extracurricular activities.At present,the existing problems include: the teacher’s concept of moral education still needs to be improved and corrected,the inaccuracy and insufficiency of moral education mining in the teaching content,the rigid implementation method of moral education,the single implementation approach of moral education,and the lack of professional guidance in moral education evaluation.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Secondly,the basic knowledge of the textbooks and the content of the textbooks should be further excavated,and the materials related to biology in daily life should be accumulated,so as to explore the elements of moral education and better apply them to the teaching process.Third,we should strengthen the training of teachers’ moral education methods to avoid the students’ aversion caused by rigid forms,which will not have the effect of moral education.Four is to broaden the way of moral education,to encourage teachers cooperate current form,create the best products in a batch of permeation of moral education in the biology course,encourage teachers to participate in the activities of school moral education,in biology related holiday,anniversary as an opportunity to organize the activities related to the purpose of moral education,five is the evaluation of the implementation of moral education in biology to provide expert advice and to encourage teachers to evaluate diversity,avoid them,and the implementation of moral education from parents and society for advice.Based on the above put forward some countermeasures,has carried out some practical research,the selection of two classes as representative,provide a reference for first-line teachers: one is "the algae,mosses and ferns" section as an example,the demonstration in the daily teaching how to conduct moral education implementation,second is Arbor Day as an opportunity,theme design,demonstration in biology related topic how to carry out moral education activities. |
