In the strategy of invigorating China through science and education, higher education undertakes its vital historical mission, the economical and social development of our country are mostly influenced by the level of higher education, which along with the quality of talents lies to a large extent on the general quality of all teachers. Some achievements should be recognized on faculty construction in university since reform and opening up, but in general, there is a long way to reach the demand of education reform. We still need to face a wide range of obstacle, in which contains some elementary problems, they remain to be further investigated.
