Motivation Methods Study On College Students

In actual working and realistic life, our each person need motivation , regardless of this kind of motivation from ourselves or from others. As a organization, if motivation take no important and ample role in practice campaign in entire organization( or group team), this organization will halt, at the same time it will also lose the opportunity of many developments, will also lose deserved competitive vigour.Early in 20 century in 50 decade, abroad actually, it had produced motivation theory, and it had been applied extensively by people in many specific management practice campaigns for many years. Having introduced college students encourage some kinds of patterns of motivation for college students, the final part discusses the specific motivation methods, the occuring mechanism of these methods , and how to use these methods.
