The paper has deeply probed into the setting-up and development of theory in teacher's professionalization, and on the basis of that the paper has made an analysis of the current situation of teacher's professionalization in our country in order to find the problems and propose the solution on these. Through the hardworking of the research, I have accomplished studying work in two aspects, on the one hand, analyzing the teacher's professionalized theory framework from vertical and horizontal perspective differently; on the other hand, comparing the reality of the teaching body in our country with teacher's professionalized theory , in order to seek the way of teacher's professional development. The study on teacher's professionalized theory was started out relatively late in China and no systematic theory is presented now. After sorting out and analyzing the literature resources, I have done a relatively deep research on some issues including characteristics of teacher's profession, teacher professionalism, research structure of teacher's professionalization and some debates on the road of reform of teacher's education and so on. The innovation of this paper is as follows:Firstly, can teaching be a profession or is teaching a profession? The paper starts from the definition of profession and analyze the basic attribute of profession to prove the distance between teacher's vocation and full profession. In view of the teacher's characteristic that is full of lifeness experience complexity and uncertainty, this profession has no authentic knowledge foundation and obvious professional trait. Therefore, teacher's profession should be regarded as developing profession.Secondly, analyzing three major controversies in teacher's education in our country from the historical viewpoint as follows: academic nature and teacher training, the division of liberal arts and science or integration, teacher qualification certificate and academic credential appointed system. We think the relation between academic nature and teacher training is not opposite, which could be merged and coordinated, the division of liberal arts and science or integration is only a formal question of course establishment but teachers should develop the integration concept in their brain. Well educated is not equal to high quality, but perfect teacher's credential system can unquestionably bring promotion of professional level.Thirdly, studying the teacher's professionalization structure horizontally from the present-day viewpoint. There are some factors affecting teacher's professionalization that constitute the structure of professionalization including specialized education, professional status , professional worker's quality and special support. At the same time we must consider social background impact and we can't turn back on historical developing, individual's admitting, cultural guiding, economy ensuring, politics supporting , legal assurance etc.For ensuring the argument of this research true and abundant, I have carried on questionnaire four times to on-the-job teachers and students from normal school and drew a conclusion in terms of essence of the teacher's professionalization problem in our country through analyzing the datas collected.After collecting and analyzing the datas which is from the questionnaire and formal discussion records of on-the-job teachers and students in normal school, I have found some problems during the process of teacher's professionalization in our country as follows: firstly, lack of professional developing consciousness, namely having not fully known the professionalism of this profession; secondly, weakness in professional development foundation, displaying in low academic level, knowledge foundation deficiency and not enough staff to hold the right position; thirdly, the point to start professionalization being deviated, only attaching more importance to professional knowledge so as to make teacher's replacement possible; fourthly, imperfection in professional development system, lots of drawbacks in...
