The Structure And Situation Of Middle School Teachers' Quality

In the 21 cn, the education has been changing from test education to quality education. Teachers are the main body to go on quality education. The level of middle school teachers' quality is the key factor which determines the quality education. The students, parents and headmasters are the main body of whom the teacher face in their work. How do they view the teachers' quality? The research designed the questionnaire to study the structure and situation of teachers' quality, and the conclusions are:(l)The quality of teacher includes attribute of mental, idea of education, politics and ethics , qualification quality and body and mental quality .(2) The students are satisfied with the quality of their teachers'.(3) The students ,parents and headmaster are different in evaluating the quality of the middle school teacher.(4) With the difference of school and grade, the students give different evaluation on teachers' quality.(5) There are no difference between male and female.
