According to the development of society and worldwide education, together with the requirement of excellent persons in this modern times, the paper advances a new teaching and learning method based on the investigation of the actuality of middle school physics experiments and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages inpresent physics experiment teaching situation. The new method-- The OpenPhysics Experiment Teaching--is applicable to the modern teaching and differentfrom the traditional one.In fact, many national and international universities have practiced the model of The Open Physics Experiment Teaching though they have not put it forward. Opposite to the rich experiences of foreign universities, our universities are at the state of probing. Now, by combining the open teaching method in and out of China with the foreign experiment teaching methods, we bring the model of The Open Physics Experiment Teaching into middle school physics experiment teaching from three aspects at the same time: time open, room open and content open.Through systematic analyzing of experiment results, the paper draws a conclusion: The Open Physics Experiment Teaching is an efficacious method. It can greatly stimulate the middle school students' full-scale development, the engenderment of multiple abilities and the improvement of physics study. The paper also makes a further consideration about how to develop The Open Physics Experiment Teaching in the future after analyzing the experiments and the theory. The difficulties in the teaching of the open physics experiments, and the corresponding measures are discussed. The author hopes that it can take some reference effect to The Open Physics Experiment Teaching's taking in our country.
