Career-Designing is a process of one's life-long learning and career decision-making. Career-designing is essential in setting goals for the students, keeping long-run development of the schools, exploring potential human resources for enterprises, promoting reforms in trade schools and effecting prosperity and stability of the society. On the basis of the analysis and research work, this essay mainly discusses the status quo of the career-designing in professional schools and the methods which can help the students to be well acquainted with themselves, their future professions and the society they are in so that they may know better of how to accomplish their career goals to meet the need of the development of the education and the society.The theory and practice of the career-designing of the students in professional schools has been a problem in the study of the secondary education of profession in our country through the new phase.
