All these hold back the potential advantages and functions of the portfolio assessment. Thus, we are now under the necessity of giving better play to its functions in evaluation of Chinese course. First, we'll have to understand the portfolio assessment of Chinese learning and make good use of it. Then, we'll find good examples and learn from others' experiences. Lastly, solve the problems and remedy the defects in the practices of evaluation.This article sticks to our national education policies and criterions ofChinese course and is based on the reform of compulsory education on Chinese course.
