With the constant development of inquiry learning, how to strike the balance between the instruction of textbook knowledge . the training of basic skills and the cultivation of research ability and creativity, is still a problem for most teachers. Based on plenty of documents and careful investigation and analysis, this thesis points out the feasibility and necessity of the construction of Subject-based Learning Website, it offers a new and effective way. Design is the foundation of development. Combining the current situation and existing problems of Subject-based Learning Website in our country, this thesis tries to study and explore the design of Subject-based Learning Website. Basing of an elaborate analysis of the concept, the structure and essential features of Subject-based Learning Website, this research emphatically studies it's "selecting title", "Instruction Design" and "System Design", and puts forward an Instruction Design mode. In the part of "selecting title", this thesis proposes the reliance, process, range and the questions that should be paid attention to while selecting title, especially on the reliance and the questions that should be paid attention to. In the part of'Instruction Design", according to the three phases of Instruction Design: analysis, design and evaluation, the thesis puts forward an Instruction Design mode of Subject-based Learning Website, and concretely analyses each phase. In the part of System Design", it advances the System Design roles of Subject-based Learning Website, also it concretely discusses the website's design of function structure, navigation strategy, interactive interface and screen interface. In the end, according to the Instruction Design mode and the System Design methods, this thesis combines the theory with practice, and tries to design a subject-based learning website abouf'acquaint with BingXin".
