The Thinking And The Path About The Discipline Construction In The Teaching-type University

This paper introduced the situation at present and the denotation of the discipline construction in the teaching-type university at first, it pointed out the varying peculiarities of the relationship between the three function of the higher education and the discipline construction in the teaching-type university. List of the status and the function of the discipline construction in this type-university, the paper analyzed the relationship between the discipline construction and the professional construction, and discussed the question of the location and the install in the teaching type-university. On the other hand, this competition point out, the discipline construction must base on the need of the talent market, and it must related the specialty structure and the module of talent cultivation. From four aspects, the author put great emphasis on the treatise is the way of the discipline construction in the teaching-type university: the cultivation of discipline instructor, the confirmation of the discipline research direction, the discipline developing plan, the resource and its reasonably cost on the discipline construction. Finally, this paper talks about some management methods in the discipline construction, for example, perfecting the machinery of the management and creating good circumstance in the discipline construction etc.
