Discipline construction of university has overall effect on talents cultivation, scientific research, academic echelon and so on. At present,the development of discipline construction possessed the absolute amount of teaching universities have relation to the development of higher education,it should strengthen the discipline construction of the teaching university.The concept of discipline construction hadn't uniform the last word,it refered to discipline direction, academic echelon,education function,substance condition and growth system construction etc factors.This paper's investigation object is the discipline construction in the teaching university in Liaoning province. There are five chapters in this paper. The first one is the introduction; the second chapter summarizes the discipline construction of the teaching university.It mainly includes discipline and discipline construction etc related conceptions and comparatively analyzes the characters of the teaching university, the research university, teaching-research universities and research-teaching universities,and confirms the necessity of researching the discipline construction of the teaching university. In the third chapter, it actual investigated and analysed existent questions of the discipline construction in the teaching university in Liaoning province.This chapter used the questionnaire investigation and interviews etc rsearch methods, and analysed status quo and existent questions the discipline construction in the teaching university in Liaoning province;in the fourth chapter,it should strengthen the countermeasures of the discipline construction in the teaching university; the fifth chapter is conclusion.The paper used the questionnaire investigation, interviews, literature review and comparative method etc rsearch methods, analysed questions with some dependable data and information,brought forward the countermeasures and advice in solving problems,making the research have actual effect and pertinence,and it was of definite practical significance to strengthen the discipline construction in the teaching university in Liaoning province.
