Along with the deep development of higher education reforms in our country, many universities pay attention to general education and put it into practice, increasing reformation about general education course is an important path to improve undergraduate curriculum structure.However, there exist problems in the general education course in our universities. For example, the structure of curriculum is not reasonable and the quantity is expected to be improved. Students and teachers still hold the certain prejudice in treating general education course. Many universities did not comprehend the meaning of general education failing to form clear prefect curriculum structure. They only stayed in the level of setting up several electives general education course. Therefore, we need to study the domestic and international successful experience that perform general education and adjust our university general education course.After analyzing the problem facing the general education course and introducing other universities on implementing it successfully. The thesis introduce a perfect course offered principle on the basic of the combination between science and humanities, tradition and modern, east and west, and embodying of the intelligence, emotion and strong will. General education curriculum structure consists three parts: common and required, guiding elective, arbitrary elective courses. It covers the main knowledge in different fields, and pays attention to the student' s self-consciousness. The courses containing various diverse knowledge, can cultivate the ability that student integrates various knowledge. The courses absorb in various cultural essences, and the cultivation guarantee the development of our intelligence, morals and our body. The aim is to make students well equipped with diverse knowledge in many fields and develop student's essential abilities required in the society, then to form the sound and harmonious personality.Evaluation is important way to better the policy decision, to increase teaching quality, the main contents is to evaluate the curriculum structure itself and its implementation. The quantitative evaluation of the general education curriculum program through interacting analytic method and adopting the overall index system to evaluate how the curriculum program is put into practice can examine and evaluate the implementation of the whole course.
