With the development of science and technology, the society has developed fast as well. In the new century, it puts forward a higher demand for the quality of adolescent, and the education also meet greater new challenge. It is essential for adolescent to learn how to study and develop creativity and practical ability. Study exploration teaching, as an important way for cultivating student's creativity and practical ability, is no wonder the key point for basic education reform at home and abroad. How can such education concept be accepted by most of teachers and used widely in the classroom? This is the question cared about by all of the educators.In order to improve the teaching quality in physics, the article analyzes the problem and defect appearing in teaching, what's more, it makes effort to prove that study exploration teaching can change student's study habit and cultivate their awareness of exploration and creativity. At present, the physics in senior school need reform urgently. Based on the theory of constructional study and pedagogy, putting the study exploration teaching into practice, accumulating some experience in teaching class, I make research on such a teaching mode "guide reasoning-exploration" in the senior physics class. It improves not only the teaching quality, but also change the conventional study habit and help student to explore knowledge actively and attach great importance to the ability of solving problem. The article deepens the reform of class teaching and accumulates practical experience and reference.
