Quality-Oriented Education is a kind of elementary education which aims to improve the citizens' ideologue and moral character ,science and technology level ,labor skills and personality character in an all-round way. The key point of the Quality-Oriented Education is to fully bring the students initiative position, fully develop students' initiative function, and let students master basic knowledge .At the same time it lets students get an accordant and full development in their personality and potentiality. Thus students can be the master in their study.Group Exploratory Style Teaching is one of the important ways to realize the Quality-Oriented Education. In order to enrich the theory of Group Exploratory Style Teaching, as well as apply it in practice, the paper chooses one class of Senior One in Lan Fei Middle School. As the subjects of research the time is as long as 4 terms ,from senior one to two , The result indicates as following: 1.There is striking difference in radiation thinking ability among the students of the experiment class in different terms, furthermore, an imbalance lies in the development of this quality, that is , the students of experiment class prior to the development of fluency, remaining unchangeable in flexibility and creativity. From the end of the 1st term till 2nd term, their fluency of the students in experiment class is prior to that of the students in common classes, while their flexibility and creativity remains basically unchanged. 2.The innovative notion, spirit and ability in experiment class obviously exceed those in common class. 3.Maths marks of the students in experiment class are higher than those in common classes. 4.The students' feelings of mathematics in the experiment class also are obviously changed. 5.Group Exploratory Style Teaching even stimulates students' initiative and reforms it to student, also this teaching method can cultivate student's cooperation sense, team spirit and responsibility sense, and promote the mutual development between teachers and students. 6.Forms an effective learning method to carry out Group Exploratory Style Teaching.
