Study On The Cooperative Mode Of The Production, Teaching And Research In Local Comprehensive Universities

This paper starts with analyzing the current situation of the development of production , teaching , research of our country, relating to the domestic demands of production, teaching, and research, consequently proving that it is not enough for only a few national key universities and national-level scientific research institutions to develop production , teaching , research. In order to effectively develop the production, teaching, and research innovations of our country, the local comprehensive universities which account for the majority of the domestic universities should participate in actively so that the overall national strength of our country and national competitiveness can be improved in proper order.His paper, firstly, offers a comprehensive description of the current situation of the actual development of and the research on the cooperation of production, teaching, and research. The characteristics of the cooperation of the production, teaching and research are studied in details from two different aspects on the basis of the conclusion and analysis of the theories applied in the mode of the cooperation of the production, teaching and reserch. Then the author explains the seven key elements and their relationship in the cooperation of production, teaching and research, constructs the stimulating model to prove that enterprises' play a leading role in the many subjects in the cooperation of the production, teaching and research. In this paper, the models of the cooperation of production, teaching and research are studied, and the characteristics of each model are analyzed in details, and the influential factors and the feasible conditions are clarified as well with the explanation of the real cases.On the basis of classifying study and in order to choose the best cooperative mode for the production, teaching and research, this paper takes universities and scientific research institutions as a subject, and the enterprises as another, to study the criteria for the cooperative mode from a different aspect. According to the current situation of the cooperation of production, teaching and research in local comprehensive universities, a conclusion on the cooperative modes is reached: applying the "office, production, teaching and research" cooperative mode; setting up management advisory corporation; establishing the scientific and technological medium company constructing the pilot scale bases , and fully utilizing the existing Scien-tech gardens etc..
