The Continual Development Study Of Private Colleges And Universities Based On Service--The Managing Effect Anatomy Of A College

The privately owned colleges and universities are very developed in foreign countries. Which have taken important roles in the popular of higher education. But they have developed in lately years in China. Even if private colleges have gained some achievement. There are many reasons that these colleges have handicapped. But the basic reason is the essential of higher education are not understood.In this article. For A college example, We studied the continual development roadway of private colleges and universities based on service. It was emphasized that the condition of develop and how to increase the satisfaction of students housemaster and society. The satisfactory degree of teachers and students was analysed. At the same time, The correlation of them was analysed. We discussed especially how to satisfied the teachers and students. As a result, some suggestions were given.The article consists of seven parts. The first part is why we must develop private higher education. Because they are necessary to the popular of higher education in China. In the second part, actuality and questions of private higher education are introduced. In the third section, Private colleges must strengthen service if they want to develop continually. In the fourth section, the service character of higher education was discussed and the model of service profit chainwas established. The fifth part mainly includes the service quality of higher education and the model of apperception education service quality. In the sixth section, We surveyed some teachers and students in A college. The proportion affecting these teachers's satisfactory degree was established with Analytical Hierarchy Process. There are correlation between teacher's content and student's content. In the seventh part, some suggestions were given to the continual develop of A college.The main results of the article are established the model of service profit chain and establish the model of apperception education service quality.
