This paper points out with the progress of times and the development of society people are required to be able to make use of modern information technology to accept and deal with information .A new elementary education reform which is happening in China requires definitely each course to integrate with modern information technology. Changing the current situation of "little,slowness, waste ,and poorness " requires to integrate Chinese reading teaching into modern information technology.Integration must keep the students as the dominant factor .It must be good for Chinese teaching and the development of student thinking and the principle of idea first. We should keep modern information technology as the cognition instrument of promoting student study independently and instrument of emotion encouraging . It also should be kept as the establishing instrument of enriching teaching environments. And these instruments should be applied to the Chinese reading teaching to make many kinds of teaching courses integrate with each other, and at last to achieve the aim of cultivating students' innovative spirit and improving students' reading ability.Scientific theory should be taken as the basis of integration. It should catch the best acting point and according to different texts, the type of courses happens flexibly and avoids falling into misunderstanding .
