The main purpose of this paper is to provide the ways of reducing teachers' stresses through analyzing the stresses of teachers in elementary and secondary schools. And this paper hopes to help teacher development and help teacher to be a spiritual independence and cheerful individuals by providing the effective strategies of reducing teacher's stress.The first part of this paper is to examine the roots of teachers' stresses in elementary and secondary schools from the macroscopical perspective, namely, the loss of the teachers' authority, the expectation of social and parents as well as the press of social norm and ideology.The second part of this paper is to examine the roots of the teachers' stresses in the school environment from the microcosmic perspective, namely, the teacher training, the teacher evaluation as well as the standard knowledge and the disciplinary power.The third part of this paper is to provide the ways of reducing the teachers' stresses on the basis of the foregoing part. The first way of reducing the teachers' stresses is making the teachers to shape the self-identity and critical reflection; the second way is to improve the school environment.
