As a sunrise component of market economy, training market is still in a developing stage,which needs fully researching and studying. Starting with economic fundamental principle and methods, we systematically study the conception and intention of the market, law, treats, domain, sort and performance evaluation, and try to construct a new theory frame. Based on it, we analyze the supply and demand of the training market of China, major influential factors, classifiable content, training industry period and developing trend of the market. We put emphasis on the market performance evaluation. Finally, in the light of the main market problems, we provide some measures and policies.Chapter One. Introduction.
