In modern marketing economy,more and more enterprises have recognized the value of training.XX College Training as CNPC specialized in training management units,training program is the main business,project manager is responsible for the operation of the training project.However,facing fierce market competition,the human resource management of the college's training program is becoming increasingly serious,it has constituted the main obstacle for the college training market development,which ought to be solved urgently.In this paper,we take the XX college training program as the research object,based on the theory of human resource management,using questionnaire and structured interview to research the project human resource management.Firstly,we discuss the development of XX college training program and the characteristics of the analysis,including the development status of college training programs,and other aspects of the requirements of the staff.Secondly,the part is XX college training project human resources management status and problem analysis,through the design of questionnaire survey,statistical survey results,we analyzed XX college training project human resource management issues in project human resource planning,project team member post setting,ability training mechanism,project team member performance evaluation and other aspects.Followed the analysis of these problem,we put forward the countermeasures of improving human resource management of XX college,embodied in some specific measures,such as human resource planning,responsibility assignment matrix and personnel planning,team member performance evaluation of training project and incentive system reform.The last is the protection of human resources management improvement of XX college training project,mainly from two aspects of the project planning preparation and implementation.Before the human resource project planning,the focus is to establish full awareness of the market,do a good job of research needs of the training project;in human resource project management,we should development the training management system,which can provide a solid guarantee for the improvement of human resource management training.It is hoped that the measures and safeguard measures can play a good role,so as to improve the level of human resource management of training programs,and promote the XX college to make a greater contribution to the development of CNPC.
