As the society learning to melt has come, quality-oriented education becomes the most important in the basic educational reform of our country. At the beginning of 2003, the development of the " ordinary biology course standard of high school" is finished, which marks that the biology education of high school of our country will break away from the course mode of the former Soviet Union completely and form the biology education system which is suitable for the present national conditions of our country and accord with the theory of quality-oriented education. Under such a social background, it can not only remedy the blank about biological study of high school in the educational research field of biology, but also contribute to the concrete implementation of the biological quality-oriented educational reform of our country's cross-centennial high school that investigating the current situations of the biological study in the high school, finding the subjective and objective reasons that influence the quality of biological education of high school and putting forward the relative settlement tactics. So the meaning of this subject is very great.This research relies mainly on the investigation of the uninscribed student's questionnaire and students' informal discussion, teacher's interview, student's case study are in order to complement. There are 11 key high school, ordinary high school, high schools of villages and towns chosen, 1039 questionnaires granted and the effective rate of recovery reaches 87. 6%. The main content of the questionnaire related to six parts: Part I , from studying interest, learning motivation, studying habit, studying method and learning ability, high school student's psychological state to learn biology is reflected; Part II, from the content of the textbook, the layout of the textbook and the questions of linking ups of the textbook of high school and junior middle school's, the students express the view on the biology textbook of high school; Part III,from the implementation form of the course and the arrangement of time, students explain the view of the biological course offered of high school at present; Part IV, from the teacher's teaching form, the content of teaching, the time for teaching, the use of the teaching media and the management in the classroom, the students discuss the view on the teacher's teaching of biology; Part V ,there are some views of the student's on the biological test of high school at ordinary times and our country's current college entrance examination system; Part VI,from the result of listenning to the teacher in the classroom, the result of the student's experiment study, the achievement of the student's study and the transition of the emotion, attitudeand values, we analyse the result of the student's biological study of high school of our country at present.The result investigated shows: leader's question in idea, the question of teacher's teaching , the student's question ,the question of course offered, the question that the textbook was written, the question of the way appraised and the question of the society are the main factors of influencing the quality of our country's biological education of high school at present. In order to improve the quality of biological education of high school and perfect the biological study, the author thinks: On the basis of changing the educational idea, the leader of the high school should offer the complete teaching facility and set up fine teachers' team; In order to guarantee the real realization of the student's" subject" status, biology teacher should implement the theory of quality-oriented education in practice of the biological teaching in the course of classroom instruction and experiment teaching; Regarding the healthy psychological state of studying biology as the basic point, students should optimize one's own studying course; Course offered should grasp and hold the course view of back modernism; The writing of the textbook should make every effort to realize" humanization"; The present appraisal w...
