Abstract:The paper synthetically made use of history,literature and comparison methods, referring to lots of data, it traced back to the history of Canadian special education and analyzed the present condition and characteristics of Canadian special education. But researches to Canadian special education were seldom seen in domestic and abroad .In geographic environment,the background of culture and history,society system and developing process, Canada is different from China. But Canada and China both are multi-culture, multi-nation country. There are many similarities between the two countries. It is meaningful to make study of Canadian special education under the background of multi-culture in order to raise suggestions for our special education.
