Entering the 21st century, mankind has stepped into a knowledge-economy erawhen people rely on intelligent resources. These requests mean that people's moralquality, their concept of value changes with the development of the ages. Thevirtuousness of a school should cultivate many talented people with high quality, highcharacter, many levels of structure and multi-specification as its term. However theopening education environment, the blemish of the home education, particularlyproblems of virtuous teaching, such as taking form seriously and despising real results,attach importance to outside and slight the inside, value instilling and looking down onparticipation, as well as target of virtuousness badly organized, the contents escape fromreal of the students, the simple method and the evaluation failed in science leads to thefailure of moral education in schools. Therefore, only the moral mode of layer-pass-intocan thoroughly change the situation of virtuous teaching, which is low, invalid or evennegative in effect. It would make the feature of virtuous teaching make a basic change inmany places . The mode can genuinely realize the teaching principle of a personaccording to his ability to teach which people have been initiating for thousands of yearsand helping individual students get to improve in respective levels. It can dissolve theversa mental state of students, embodying the point that the ancient people so-called"loving his teacher, believing what his teachers told", change the passive situation whenteachers grope by themselves according their own subjective wishes, overcome theteaching phenomenon of moral education that attaches importance to teaching anddespises learning. Its premise is that people are considered as basic, students are regardedas corpus. Trinity of school, society, family is thought of as the big classroom. Teachingof each subject is looked on as a battlefield of moral education. The new mode ofvirtuous teaching needs all teachers to participate.The mode of pass-into the layer of moral education is that the classmates are divided into different layers according to their ages, mental states and ability of moral judgment. The teachers should adopt different methods of teaching and different means of evaluating to make each student's ability of moral judgment and ability of behavior improve.The pass-into layer of contents includes the traditional moral education (philosophy, economy, politics, common sense of law etc.), the national moral education, the international moral education, modern moral education and the psychological teaching of occupation etc. The methods of moral education include those that are to give a sermon for improving their levels of perception, set up models, self-cultivation, train in practice, praise and punishment. The evaluation of these types primarily contains a combination of ending-evaluation and processing-evaluation, a combination of fixed amount and qualitative evaluation, a combination of teachers' evaluation, students' evaluation each other and the students own evaluation.The student's layering and classification is the foundation and premise. The layering systems of moral education is an artifice. Its basic goal is that a different target is fixed for different students. The different contents are established. The different methods are adopted. All kinds of evaluations means are used. It will make the original level of every student improve and practice to find the happiness of success.In fact, the mode of pass-into the layer makes peoples basic, fully develop subjective function of students, guide students to set up the moral concept independently, urge the students to convert from the morals of heteronomy to morals of self-discipline. All those request the teachers to change their educational ideas, increase their character, improve their teaching methods, establish equal relationships between teachers and pupils in democracy. Otherwise the virtuous mode of pass-into the layer would become merely an empty conversation.
