Classroom teaching goals, which are the staring point and destination of teaching activities, as the study result that the learners will attain in advance in the teaching activities, are playing the roles of guidance, stimulation, adjustment, test and evaluation. The thesis, under the theories' guidance of modern curriculum and teaching value, Essentials of Curriculum Reform of Elementary Education and the Curriculum Program of Regular High School, proposes the new ideas of teaching goal design. The Scientific design of teaching goals will be able to embody the students' initiative and the teachers' leading roles to accelerate all the students' harmonious and all-round development. The design of teaching goals is one of the important tactics, which is the first step of teaching design and also the crux step. The thesis initiates the changes from the traditional lesson-preparation to the modern teaching design, from the definition of teaching aims to the change of the design of teaching goals to turn into the students' study goals. The concept and the methods of curriculum goals construct the classified systems of the Senior Physics Classroom teaching goals and of Senfor Physics experimental teaching. From the threeaspects--knowledge and ability, process and methods and emotion attitude andvalues, the thesis puts forward the theory that in the course of Physics classroom teaching, has the functions, such as oriented guidance, process control, evaluation stimulation and communication. And it follows the principles of systematic nature, operative nature, specific nature, comprehensive nature, administrative nature and scientific nature. On the basis of the students' obtained knowledge and experience, according to the analysis of teaching tasks, teaching goals are designed, according to units and chapters of the textbooks, so as to seize the systematic nature of teaching and to incarnate better obtainment of process methods, emotional attitude andvalues. The Unit Teaching Goals are designed into three steps, namely the analysis of teaching tasks, the destination of Unit Teaching Goals and destination of classroom teaching goals. Classroom teaching goals are designed on the basis of Unit Teaching Goals. Through the analysis of students' level of understanding, the analysis of teaching contents, the analysis of teaching media, the scientific, reasonable, specific and operative teaching aims have been worked out in the three aspects: knowledge and ability, process and methods and emotional attitude and values. Classroomteaching goals can be stated into the three links--the analysis of teachingtasks, destination of teaching starting point and explanations of teaching goals. It is initiated that the four essential factors: behavior principal, behavior activities, behavior conditions and behavior criterion. Take the two contents in Senior Physics textbooks, "Electromagnetic Introduction" and "Alternating Current" for example. The contents of Unit Teaching Goals are compl led and they provide some teaching cases for the design of teaching goals so as to cater to all the students and to accelerate the students' all-round development.
