The current middle schools moral education faces two great challenges from the changes of social culture and the new technology based on digital and internet. The current moral education has four problems: the disequilibrium of moral goal; the indetermination of moral contents; the simplification of moral process and the unfit for the new age as for the moral workers. All these problems have directly caused the poor result of moral education. There are many ways to solve the big problem, but it is actually urgent to reform the current management system of middle schools moral education. It is decided by the position and function of the system.
