We know the tutorial system mode of education is the University of Oxford in the UK uses most early, the main mode of teaching is the students’ academic and conduct effective guidance. Later, in reference to university "tutorial system" based on the theory and practice gradually formed the "moral education system", is mainly through the moral education and guide the interaction between students, to help students to achieve a comprehensive and rapid growth in the ideological quality and moral quality.In the implementation of moral education system in China is to deepen the reform of middle school, to moral education pattern, the new pattern of educating students to actively build. Although in recent years many high schools nationwide to moral education system, has achieved some results in a certain range, but the results have not,there is no corresponding policy support, were dropped, or useless, just stay in the foundation stage and try. "Moral education system in the implementation process, there are many defects and deficiencies, the lack of a large number of successful cases of persuasion, not significant promoting role on out of the current moral education in middle school". The moral tutorial system" mode of moral education model is to play a role, we must make a comprehensive analysis of the real cause of current moral education of middle school students, identify the problem, in order to ensure that the specific problems of "whether the moral tutorial system" can be an antidote against the disease, should pay attention to in the implementation of this kind of moral education pattern. In view of these considerations, this paper will carry on the discussion.This paper consists of four chapters. The first chapter mainly analyzes the reason of the topic, research significance, research status at home and abroad on "moral education system, and briefly introduces the research method of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper. Based on the " moral ", " tutorial system ", " moral education system ", " high school moral education system " the definition of the four concepts, clarifies the background of moral education system ". Then introduced the "moral cognitive development theory", "communication theory" and "Emotional Moral Education Theory" of the main content, stressed that the three theory as the main theoretical basis of this thesis’ s value. In the third chapter, mainly elaborated the realistic predicament of the current moral education of Chinese middle school students and the causes, puts forward the implementation of practical significance to the moral tutorial system in middle school. The fourth part from the moral education system of target, contents, principles, methods, and put forward feasible suggestions, andimplement the construction of supervisor team, effect evaluation of moral education system from the middle school, analyzes the problems that should be avoided in practice.Through the research, this paper think that some of the first implementation of middle school moral education system, is a good way to improve moral education in schools, improve the effectiveness of moral education and the. At the same time there are many defects and problems. These problems are mainly concentrated in: mentor and guide students in number proportion is not reasonable; teacher own quality is not high;the relationship between tutors and teachers are not clear; teachers and teaching phase separation; evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect etc.. Accordingly, this paper argues that through optimizing the teacher equipment proportion, improve teacher own quality, establish the evaluation to improve the effective incentive mechanism, a clear relationship between the teacher and the mentor, unified treatment of moral education and teaching work, improve the evaluation mechanism and other measures to strengthen the construction of middle school moral education system.
