In recent years, moral tutorial system has been carried out all over the country. Since 2010, it has also been effectively implemented within Suzhou city. In the process of implementing moral tutorial system, Suzhou city attaches much importance to the practice and research on taking teachers as students'tutors for mental education. Meanwhile, a vast contingent of parents also can be the moral mentors of students'. Many schools in various areas have ventured to try it. As for the moral education at school, parents are precious resources. If a school can excellently develop and make full use of these resources to develop their potentials so as to let some parents become students'moral teachers, the moral education force at school is bound to be strengthened to a large extent. In this case, it will be better to facilitate students'comprehensive development.Since 2010, Suzhou Lida Middle School has begun to recruit those parents who are active in educational and teaching activities, have time in participating activities at school and are with educational advantages and successful experience in family education as moral education teachers. They regularly take part in class meetings. Meanwhile, lectures are delivered to them while the school makes plans for parents'meeting with students. In addition, those mentors provide suggestions and strategies for class construction with the class committees. They also assist the school in soliciting parents'suggestions for the education and teaching at school. Moreover, they provide platforms to organize students for study visits and research. Actively constructing modern family education system at school makes the school and family education"synchronous", the education by teachers and parents be"with the same ideal and objective"and education at school and in community be"complemented"so as to create an atmosphere that is good for children's healthy growth, enhance the emotional communication between parents and kids, and ensure the work of school, parents and moral education mentors be more and more active, well-directed and practical.Taking Suzhou Lida Middle School as example, this topic aims to practise and explore the system of parents'being moral education mentors. Besides, it explores the feasibility of parents'being moral education teachers, specific methods and effectiveness to find the shortcomings in the process of implementing moral tutorial system. Meanwhile, a survey is made on the applicability and generality of parents'being moral education tutors. Thus, practical and popularized solutions gradually come into being. Strive hard to construct a coordinated network for mental education inside and outside the school so as to facilitate students'harmonious development.Specifically speaking, this research is divided into five parts as follows.Part one is introduction. In this part, the background and significance of choosing this topic is mainly introduced. Besides, basic concepts are defined. Meanwhile, parents home and abroad participate in the research on school activities of mental education. The ideas and research methods are presented in this part as well.In Part two, the necessity of parents'being moral education mentors is demonstrated from a theoretic perspective, which provides a theoretical support for the reason why some parents shall be recruited as mentors in the process of implementing moral tutorial system at school.The third Part analyzes the status quo and feasibility of parents'being moral education tutors. In this part, I made an empirical survey and carried out a research on three schools in Suzhou City in the form of questionnaires to learn about the status quo of parents'participating in school management of moral education in Suzhou City and rationally analyze the feasibility of parents'being moral education tutors.The fourth Part involves the practical exploration of the system of parents'being moral education mentors and takes Suzhou Lida Middle School as example. In this part, I explore the specific steps, regulations and implementation methods and parent categories of being moral education tutors for the implementation of the system of parents'being moral education mentors in accordance with the detailed situation of carrying out moral tutorial system in Lida Middle School.In the last part, suggestions are proposed for the implementation of the system of parents'being moral education mentors. After the above analysis and practical research on Lida Middle School, problems met in the process of carrying out the system of parents'being moral education mentors are put forward. According to the research results, opinions and suggestions on how to implement the system of parents'being moral education mentors in primary and middle schools of our country are brought forth.
