This thesis has analyzed the necessity and possibility of internet instruction applied to improvement of China's basic education. The analysis is based on the survey of the five respects, the present situation of China's basic education, the advantages of internet instruction, the orientation of internet instruction applied to basic education and probability of internet instruction applied to basic education nowadays in China. In addition, taking abroad conditions and experiences of internet instruction application as reference, in terms of how to apply internet instruction to China's basic education, the author of this thesis has proposed that educational concept be renewed, scientific research furthered, funds put more, management strengthened, present resources utilized rational and equipment improved step by step. As to the possible problems in the process of application, the author has also discussed and provided some possible ways to solve them.
