Since China's entry into the WTO and successful bid for hosting the 2008 Olympic Games, more and more Chinese are eager to learn English, the education internationalization is enhanced continuously. As a result, many foreign teachers are increasingly in demand for college, middle and primary school; they give a big help for school's development. But, at the same time some new problems have caused difficulty when managing the foreign teachers in school. Combining the exercise experience, the purpose of this thesis is to make a thorough and systematic research of whole process for foreign teacher's management, and tries to get some methods to resolve the problems with maneuverability and possibility. Also, some beneficial inspiration and reference experience in thesis shall be available for personnel which doing foreign affairs management in school. The thesis includes three parts besides the foreword and epilogue. The purpose of this thesis is introduced in the foreword and summarizing the main methods of writing.From the viewpoint of personnel administration management, the first part gives an analysis about current condition for foreign teachers talent resources such as personnel quantity, teaching terms, school distribution, and background of education etc. Introducing the whole procedures from recruitment to contract signing, make a detailed explaining about some problems and items that need careful resolved and describing the requirements for people who worked in foreign affair management office of school.The second part displays concretely the advantage of foreign teachers in the teaching, and how to exert this advantage. Make clear the-each factor which will be influence the teacher's enthusiasm, also the evaluation to foreign teacher must be objectiveness and equitably. Exploiting the enthusiasm and creativeness of teachers through out different method. Further more, make the introduction about foreignteacher's works in the train and cooperated teaching school.The third part elaborates that how to manage the certificate management, how topropagandize the relative policy, regulations, local customs and habits, how tomanage the domicile, traveling etc. and detailed discuss how to treat with the abruptaffairs properly. Final, make a suggestion for foreign teachers to arrange the dailyactivity reasonable.Four characteristics are summarized in epilogue according to aforesaid analysis i.e.policy characteristics, adaptability characteristics, participation characteristics andattach important to spirit, concern the humanism in management for foreignteachers.
