A Study On Primary School Teachers Quality Structure And Training Strategy In Benxi

To study the primary school teachers' quality structure is not only for their outside needs of the professional development,but also for their outside needs of developing and improving the training.The study adopts the self-devised The Questionnaire on Primary School TeachersQuiaity Structure,and makes a research on 203 primary school teachers' qualities structure condition in Benxi.The conclusions drawn run as follows: (1) The Questionnaire on Primary School Teachers Quiaity Structure has good validity and reliability. (2) The qualities structure of primary school teachers don't exist evident professional certificate difference. (3) The primary school teachers have more or less problems on some aspects,such as,professional ideal, knowledge level, supervision and control ability, education concept and teaching conduction.On the basis of our teachers' qualities condition, the goal and content of basic educational reform,the normal school for primary school teachers should reform on educational concept, curriculum structure, teaching method, examination system and professional teacher team construction.
