Study On Way Of Self-perfect In Teachers' Ability Under Internet Circumstance

Content: The 21st century is a digital era. With computer network at its core, modern science and technology have created a cyber environment, which provides us with unprecedented development opportunities and abroad prospect. Internet has brought about revolution on how to manage and convey information. Meanwhile, it has also exerted an impact on education.As the traditionally single quality—developing structure of teachers hardly meets the needs of education and teaching reform, each is facing a challenge to continuous study, overall development and self—perfect, that is, a serious subject concerning everyone's transformation of adaptability. Thus, this thesis is about the ways of improving teachers' abilities in cyber environment. Regarding a teacher as a learner, this research discovers the methods of studying to improve his abilities, and then, to achieve a success in the role change.Three steps are taken to do the research.First, in a literature—analysising approach, the researcher introduces the current situation in relevant research fields both at home and abroad as well as existing problems, sets up the research objective and makes clear definition on some related concepts.At the same time, in the article, a comprehensive demonstration is given to the background, significance, and ways of study and key points of the research.Secondly, the researcher analyses cyber environment in details and studies on how internet influences education, how necessary teachers change their role and what role cyber plays in self—perfect.Furthermore, the article discusses the major features learners show in cyber environment. It tells the specific ways of self—perfect from five aspects, a comprehensive theory and the following approach on how to promote teachers' capacities.(1) To encourage teachers to establish the awareness of self—reflection and facilitate them in pursuit of self—perfect.(2) In accordance with the theory through Internet, to establish a theoretical system of self—perfect.(3) Based on the requirements of new quality structure of teachers in cyber period, to conduct self—perfect.(4) According to the professional periodical standard, to perfect themselves.(5) To acquire various studies methods and means through Internet, to perfect themselves.These aspects above are what the article discovers and innovate.Finally, through reflection in research activities, the researcher comes up with several problems, which are found in the process of research and needed to be improved, objectively points out the shortcomings of the research, and sets up the next research goal in the hope of providing teachers with a great number of effective ways.
