Content: To adapt to the rapid development of Information Technology, apply Information Technology into Education and improve teachers' qualities in the field of Information Technology, normal schools have already opened a basic course related with Information Technology. The issue that we care most is how to make the running of this course reach the goal that we set previously. Through systematically summarizing already found research work, practical experiences, existing problems, this thesis has adopted various methods, like data indexing, reading relevant documents, surveys etc to make a systematic research into the application of Information Technology into normal colleges' education and how to improve the corresponding students' abilities and qualities in the field of Information Technology.The first part has systematically explained this thesis's research background, current situation and various methods used in this thesis. In addition, the importance of training Normal College's students' abilities in Information Technology is stated and discussed.Through pointing out the demands of information age to teachers' qualities, especially qualities in information technology, and the requests of expanding current course reforms to teachers, the second part stated the needs of applying Information Technology into education.The third part is the most important one. Through analyzing current situation of the application of information technology into normal college's education and corresponding surveys, the current situation and existing problems in the applications of Information Technology into normal colleges' educations are explored and discussed. Through indexing data, researching relevant documents, investigations and surveys, interviews etc, the courses' system architecture, teaching content and methods, evaluation criterion of normal colleges' information technology aided education are presented and discussed. In addition, some strategies and feasible methods are presented.At last the summarization and reflections about this thesis arc stated in the fourth part. Some demands to post-research are discussed as well.
